In order to play with your friends in the Internet, the server side (the one who click "waiting") need to have a public IP address. Those IP like 192.168.X.X or 10.X.X.X are private IP address, which CANNOT be used as a server.

If you are behind a firewall in home, try to enable the NAT feature of the firewall to allow TCP 12345. The following are some example of firewall1) Wireless router2) DSL/Cable router3) Software firewall like Microsoft, Norton, and Zone Alarm.

Once you enable NAT and allow TCP 12345 traffic, remember to give your public IP address, but NOT the private one, to your friends.

Also, if you do not press the link button at the same time, you may face such problem too. Please notice that your IP address does not begin with 192 or 10.

玩LF2連線遊戲，要注意：
1.朋友和你的LF2版本要一樣。
2.防火牆已經關閉。
3.保持啟動網路連線系統。
以上三點都辦妥後，進入「等待對手」/「連接對手」程序。
如果你使用「連接對手」欄，請準確輸入對方的IP，然後按「確定」。
如果你使用「等待對手」欄，則按「等待對手」就行了。
但連線遊戲有一個死穴，雙方網連系統時間不同步也會造成連線失敗。
注意！IP由2開首的玩家較適宜連接對手！

我都試過有咁既情況出現,
因為你的IP頭三個字母
一定要和你的朋友相同才能連線,
如果你的IP頭三個字母是206,
而你的朋友IP頭三個字母是186,
那你們兩個就不能線了!!
