I used to broke my collar bone and get damaged in lung area from a car accident. My doctor told me all I can do is:
1) Stand straight when you are standing (I used to wear a thing but forgot what it called. It helps you to stand straight all the time.)
2) Try face to the ceiling when you are sleeping, or a position that won’t put too must pressure on your broken bone.
3) Don’t carry any heavy thing on your shoulder nor lift your arm too high
4) Drink at least 3 glasses of milk per day
5) If you are woman, pls don’t wear a bra which is too tight for you
6) Do breathing excise at least twice a day if you don’t want the volume of your lung volume getting smaller and smaller.
7) Let all of your friends know your bones is broken, so pls don’t try to hug you since they can’t tell by looking at you.
