盈利 , 純利 , 毛利有什麼分別

盈利 -
通常是指公司的利潤。
所以我們只會用於公司的盈利狀況profit or loss的profit的時候。

毛利 = 淨銷售 (Net Sales) - 銷貨成本 (Cost of Goods Sold)
淨銷售 = 銷售 (Sales) - 銷貨退回與折讓 (Sales Returns and Allowances)
銷貨成本 = 期初存貨(Beginning Inventory) + 购货 (Purchases)
- 购货退回與折讓 (Purchase Returns and Allowances)
+ 购货運費 (Freight-Out/Delivery Expense) - 期末存貨(Ending Inventory)

純利 -
纯利 = 毛利 + 所有收入 (Revenue) - 所有支出 (Expenses)
