Mr. Wong is selling freshwater fish in shop premises owned by him. Does it mean that he has zero opportunity cost in using the shop premises for his business? Explain your answer.(4 marks)

It doesn't mean that he has zero opportunity cost in using his own shop premises for his business. It is because he can lease his shop premises to somebody else for the market price. Therefore the opportunity cost of using his shop premises for his business is the rent he can get by leasing it out according to the market price.
