excel 如負數自動轉紅色字

其實你只要在 Excel 的『Format』做一些setting便成，很方便的

首先，先選定要setting的範圍，
按『Format 格式』-->『Cell 儲存格』

再選定你想要的 Format 樣式，e.g.
『Number 數值』 　　　：一般數字模式，可選擇不同
『Currency 貨幣』　　　：一般數字模式+貨幣，可選不同之幣別
『Accounting 會計專用』：會計常用之模式，在“$0.00”時會以“$ -”代表

If cell C1 is your calculated value from A1 - B1, then you can format cell C1 as " Number " so that it can be displayed as Red colour if value is negative.

Here is how:

Right Click on cell C1 -> Format Cells -> on the Number Tab, Select Number (default as General), then choose either 1,234 (in red colour) or -1,234 (in red colour) and the hit " OK ". Whenever, your calculated value is negative, it will be shown as " Red ", otherwise, it will be " Black "
