They confirmed that there were no rotton cartons after leaving our warehouse until arrival of your appointed freight fowarder. There was no complaint received for rotton cartons also after the goods has reached the warehouse.
Please note that we had no control of the situation when the goods was transported by your appointed freight forwarder to the destination. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not compensate for any loss due to the rotton cartons requested by your company.

Concerning your notice of serious issues for loose cartons for cargoes on DD-MM, our Shipping Dept confirmed that this lot of goods have been delivered to your appointed forwarder's warehouse without any broken carton reported. Pls be kindly informed that we are not liable to any damages caused in transportation process by your appointed forwarder. Therefore, we cannot accept your claim against the damaged cartons.
