d1, 全名叫"首任秘書及董事通知書", 應在公司成立初期報上, 故在查的時侯不要選"三年"而選"全部"

You can search from the Company Registry at Admiralty Government office.

When your company open a bank account, you should have the D1 and D3 certified copy, they should be ready by your company secretary or auditor office.
