no one - 没人(一个), nobody 没人（多过一个）
anyone - 谁便一个人，或有没有人。anybody (多过一个， 全体）

用法：Can anyone answer my question? 有没有人可以回答？
i think someone is inside this house. 我相信这屋里有人。
No, there is no one inside. 不，这屋里没人。

something - 有事，或有些事。
nothing - 没事。
anything - 什么事， 或全部的事。

用法：there is something between the two of you. 你们俩有事。
no, there is nothing between us. 不，我们俩没事。
i can't do anything. 我什么事也不能做。
