Bank National of Belgium...when we translate, it should be written as "National Bank of Belgium" and the currency is Belgium Francs (no change), so it is 1,000 Belgium Francs.
Belgium Francs has now been replaced by Euro and it is worth about HK$261 (as at today!)

Just some thoughts on the translation technique: I doubt if 'francs' needs to be translated into English... I don't agree with the way to translate 'Banque Nationale de Belgique'. It is a proper name so should follow the official translation provided on the Bank's website.
