web advertising might be a good idea for small business to promote their services and products aswell. It doesn't cost you a lot, but really do promoting the product and service to their target customer. Since sometimes you just giving out the coupon to someone do not interested in your product/service. It may waste the material that you use to promote.
you can try to contact this company for search engine advertising, they can help you out with lowest cost but highest result on promotion.
