the teachers from 工聯會 may not be very good coz it is a bit cheap...they may be very "hea"

actually british council also hv courses on IELTS......u can call up to ask for more info...

wanna ask wt form r u in?
if u r F.5 student, then u can directly take the exam without studying the course, coz the stuff it examines is very similiar to HKCEE~
