Check back in the software prior to the commencement of the legislation, the Company has instructed the vendors to delete the software. Upon receipt of your Office inquiry, the company instructed the vendors to be thoroughly investigated and explained. Through their investigation, believed to be the first software failed to remove, set aside the wrong number.

The company has recently solemnly ask software vendors, again completely remove the software, and ensure that the incidents will not occur.

The company in the complainant to make a sincere apology and assurance that the thing will not happen.

I would like to inform you that, well before the enactment of the relevant ordinace, we have already asked the software house to delete the software in question. Upon receipt of your enquiry, we have immediately demanded the software house to make an comprehensive investigation on the incident. It was believed that the problem was caused by the fact that the deletion of the software had not been completed properly.

We have repeated to the software house our serious request for deleting the software comprehensively and for ensuring that the same incident will not occur again.

We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused to the relevant complainant and would ensure that the incident will never occur again.
