Understand that cash cheque is to go the bank to get the money but is it possible to deposit the cash cheque into the account rather than cash the cheque (since more secured)

Cash cheque can be cashed from the bank at bank hours.

Just as what you said, cash cheque can be deposited into your bank account, in one of the following ways:

- Deposit the cheque into your account over the counter during bank hours;

- deposit the cheque into your account, during or after bank hours, via an ATM/cheque deposit machines, whichever applicable/available (depends which bank your account belongs)

However, cash will only be availbale after 1 or 2 bank working days.

It is possible to deposit the cash cheque into the account rather than cash the cheque (since more secured).
