What is Appreciative Inquiry?

Appreciative Inquiry is a particular way of asking questions
(是一個特別方式提問)and envisioning the future(展望未來) that
fosters positive relationships and build on the basic goodness
in a person , a situation or an organization.
共有 4 個步驟去推行：
4 stage process---4 D
1. Discover (為機構/組織作ヱ作鑑定-->work well)
2. Dream (The envisioning--> work well)
3. Design ( planning )
4. Destiny(Deliver) ---execution執行提出的設計
--->表示(目標)

用在住院医療工業上 hospitality industry,
1. Discover---分析/鑑定市場對住院医療服務的要求和需要
(understand the need of hospital market)
2. Dream---想像並展望工作的未來路向 (例如：反映出住院身體檢查
的需要, 令人早些找出病因-->住院医治-->生意好)
3. Design---設計一個或多個發展策略planning
4. Destiny (Disliver)---執行被接納的設計方案-->使住院医療工作
