我想問關於adverb clauses的問題

1.as & as if 的用法有什麼分別?

2.so that & so 的用法有什麼分別?

3.so that & in order that 是怎麼用的?
(We use so that/in order that to introduce adverb clauses of purpose.)

4.in order to ,so as to & to 是怎麼用的?
(We use in order to/ so as to/to to form adverb phrases of purpose. )

請詳細解釋和舉出例子,令我容易明白,謝謝!!!

1.AS IF : 猶如;好似
She treats him as if he were a stranger.
她待他如陌生人。
AS :當...時
As she left the room she remembered that book.
她離開房間時想起了那本書。
隨著
As the sun rose the fog dispersed.
太陽一出來,霧隨之消失。
因為
We didn't know what to do as we were just visiting there.
我們不知道該怎麼辦,因為當時我們僅僅在那裡作訪問。

2.e.g. We work hard so that we can have good results.(want to hv gd results is the reason)
We want to hv gd results so we work hard.(we work hard is the action)

3.In order TO will be used at the beginning of a sentence.(cant find 'in order that')
e.g. In order to hv gd results,we work hard.
We work hard so that we can have good results.

SO AS TO : 以便
