香港會唔會發生第二次的金融風暴??

應該唔係金融風暴,但係可以叫做股災~
原因係次級按揭爆煲:
次級按揭既次級係解一d還款能力比較低既人,銀行借錢比佢地,係會收教高既利息,而銀行會將呢d按揭轉為債券同基金賣比人,d人都好中2買,因為利息高,可以賺多d,但係好多次級o個d人都冇錢還,銀行收唔番d數,搞到買左債劵o個d人好驚,好多都去銀行贖回d債劵,銀行一時之間又冇咁多錢比番d人,就唯有沽股票來補倉,個個都沽股票,就搞到個股市好似而家咁~

The situation is not the same as year 1997 because it seems no structural problem for the economy in HK now and the econmic increasing in China is still very strong. The main problem is only in USA, After adjusting this problem, all will be recovered very soon. This time need to keep senses and patience!
