熟水係將水務署經過多重過濾所有雜質消毒既天然水,然後送到各家各戶既開水,將開水番滾加熱鍋底附近出現許多小泡泡，隨著溫度不斷升高，泡泡越來越大。這是因為壺底受熱快，緊挨壺底的水首先變成水蒸氣，在水中形成泡泡；同時，原來溶解在水中的空氣，也因受熱析出、膨脹而形成小氣泡，周圍的熱水又會向小氣泡裏蒸發水蒸氣，使氣泡慢慢變大。當加熱到一定的溫度時，水中這些氣泡變得相當大，由於浮力作用就會上升，升到水面便破裂開來。這種在液體內部和表面同時進行的急劇的氣化現象，就叫做沸騰。這時，我們就說水燒開了。這就是熟水


蒸餾水係唔同熟水

蒸餾水是熟水。原因是蒸餾水是經過蒸餾過程而產生的。而蒸餾過程是必須經過高溫，才能令水產生蒸氣。

不過，據坊間一些研究顯示，蒸餾水或礦泉水長期用膠樽儲存，可能會釋出一些有害物質，若以之來開奶，可能對嬰兒有不良影響，所以，我建議就算用蒸餾水，也應買一些剛出廠不久的來用，這樣會安全些。

Oh one more thing to tell u hope u find it useful^^1.all the hot vapors produced are immediately channeled into a condenser which cools and condenses vapors 2.distillate will not be pure
