成年都好遲先睡覺,現在想早d睡覺,但睡不到,要好遲先睡到....怎樣做先可以回復正常,可以早d睡??

I recently do have some sleeping problems and these are what I try to do, hope it helps you:

1. Go to bed and get up in the morning at the same time every day, no matter how you feel.

2. Make sure your bedroom is comfortable: not too hot, not too cold, and not too noisy.

3. Don't eat or drink a lot late at night. Try to have your evening meal early rather than late.

4. Try to gradually reduce the time you spend napping during the day.

5. If you can't sleep, don't lie there worrying about it: get up, leave the bedroom and do something you find relaxing. When you feel tired enough, go back to bed.

6. Pick a way to relax before going to bed - such as reading, listening to music or using a relaxation technique.

7. Have a hot bath before bed. This should be as hot as you can bear and last a good twenty minutes.

8. If something is troubling you, and there is nothing you can do about it there and then, try writing it down on a piece of paper. Tell yourself you will deal with it in the morning, and then go to bed.

Drink a glass of milk before you go to bed.
Listening to music to relax yourself.

先要改變一下生活習慣, 養成早睡早起既習慣.

早些吃晚餐, 睡前聽聽柔和音樂, 或看一本沉悶的書, 令自己更容易入睡.

睡前1-2hr 最好不要做工事或上網..........預留時間比自己relax, 不要想太多, 好好入睡.

最好有 regular exercises, eg. 早上 6am 起床, 跑步後才上班,
習慣早起, 自自然然早睡 la ^^

你搵日早起身,然後個日做多d運動搞到自己個人比平日累
個日白晝千祈唔好午睡~咁個晚早d訓落床
照理應該好快訓著
之後第2日都要繼續早起
唔好比自己一次過訓得太多
如果唔係第2晚可能又會夜訓返....= ="
第2日唔駛話又要整到好累~但最好都出下街咁
記住仍然唔好午睡~
維持2、3日就可以變返早訓
