蛋黃+ cheese果個step
唔知點解加埋一齊攪左一陣就起粒粒同出水

1)d cheese係咪一定唔可以隔熱水座溶??
butter都一樣唔可以?

2)如果唔係呢個原因,會係咩可能性?
蛋係咪一定要室溫?


我整果隻係冇落cream同魚膠粉

岩岩衣幾日先整完.
首先用煮熱左既齊啡整淋左(5好太淋)D手指餅,
2.平鋪盤底
3.(芝士同牛油刀5駛座溶)把蛋黄,芝士同牛油(*秘缺加DD鮮奶)放由攪拌器槁4分鈡.(由慢力至大力,慢慢推掣)
4.倒入盤上,灑上朱古力粉,雪凍3小時,即成!

***5駛加糖ga.

***點樣為之忌廉狀?? →杰,仲要顏色均勻

both eggs and cheese should be put under room temperature
1) then egg yolk mixed with cheese;
2) mix egg white with sugar;
then gradually pour 2) to 1), mix until smooth......
