somtimes you cant translate straight from chinese to english so i will get the meanning and try to write it in an english way...

我在蜜糖裏長大的 = i grew up inside the sweet honey

有得必有失 = There must be a lost when something gain
or (something similar)
In the game situation you either win or lost
or
There must be a loser to have a winner


這些表面的失，其實是得 =
It looks like a lose to you but you actually gain from it.

在蜜糖裏長大的
grow up in honey
有得必有失
No pains, No gains
這些表面的失，其實是得
Those losses are superficial, but in fact you are the winners.
