光的護封壁:效果系支付生命值,
支付同卡效果所需要ge條件稱為:cost(代價),cost唔系效果(更加吾等於損傷)

It's important to note that Manteinance Costs for Effect Monster Cards CANNOT be negated by Skill Drain. Even if you activate Skill Drain you need to pay the cost for this type of cards.

As you said 雷魔神 can make an ATK of an attacking monster becomes 0, if it is not during your opponent's battle phase, how can have an attacking monster?
