suggest you go to an English Language college.

The special feature of this institution is that all the lectures are face-to-face communication. The teachers there includes both native and asian people. you can always choose the ones the most suitable for you. There are different classes for people with different English proficiency(Elementary and intermediate and advanced level).

Cost: The monthly payment is around HKD$3000, but it is unlimited to take the lectures.

Suggestion: You may study in this institution if you have time to take the unlimited lectures. Usually there are about 10-15 people in the elementary classes and 7-10 people in advanced classes, so you have to fight for a chance to speak more instead of just sitting there. Good Luck.

I am not a staff here, but I used to be a student in this institution. I think it is a good choice because it allows you to take lectures with different instructors, and so that you can learn different accents. See Ya !
