見工英文問題

First of all, you have to get some information regarding to target employer, such as its business nature & background, what post and job nature you are applying for. Then, you can easily answer #(3) question.
The most important for above questions are test your ability to communicate in English and your future career path. I would suggest

1)Due to restructuring of last company, I was requested to move to other dept. (Accounting Dept. etc.), or move to other office, or China, I decide to quit that job. Or That was fast growing company but unable to get enough sales & profit to covering costs and make profit, I was requested to quit or reduce salary. Finally I decided to quit because I could not support family with sharply reduce salary.
2)I hope I can be promoted to senior level and able to generate more profit for the company. However, during these years, I have to study more, not only to ??? but also learn how to improve myself and also improve others….
3) I don't know what you applying for, but try to guest, what you answers shows your past experience and proactive attitudes.
