根據會考最佳六科指數,英皇書院係68 而高主教書院係61
同時係全港中學排名(以會考最佳六科指數),英皇書院係第12, 而高主教書院係39
而根據會考每名學生考取 A 指數,英皇書院&高主教書院都係15...排名全港35

所以英皇書院好過高主教書院
