點解人咁中意口不對心ga呢??

口不對心 is a kind of lie. Usually, lying is used to protect people hiself. In this case, as the person is lack of confidence, he will be afraid of being rejected. Thus, he will get to protect hiself by lying/口不對心.

可能佢地唔想比人地知佢地心裡面ge真正諗法....
又或者佢地擔心自己真正諗法大多數人都唔認同掛...
