Passnet Card現已改名為Pasmo，可以係成田空港京成線的售票處買到，它的用法Suica Card基本上相同，詳情可瀏覽以下網頁。Pasmo Card Offical Website(中文):

Pasmo 和 Suica可通用，但發卡機構不同。基本上在JR可買Suica，在地鐵等可買Pasmo。

You can buy passnet card in JR Ticket Station/ Office. The office is near the exit. (arrival hall)
