not necessary, coz it's not the official certificate, which as you said will be distributed in November.... The thing that you lost was just an unofficial notification.... Actually I lost the official certificates of both HKCEE and HKALE.... when I took the notifications for job application purposes, they didnt recognize the notifications and asked for the official certificate. I was a bit angry, but eventually I just went to the HKAEE to re-apply the certificates.. and paid like 600HKD for the statements of results for both HKCEE and HKAEE..... my advice is : dun panic, wait till Nov and save the $$ for sth else~ for details u can visit site of HKAEE--> http://eant01.hkeaa.edu.hk/hkea/topper_oservices.asp?p_coverdown=oservices_2.html
