一日三餐定時食,
唔好過量過飽,
食完飯唔好即刻飲湯, 因為會稀釋你既胃液,增加胃部既負荷,
胃寒可以食下薑蔥,
生果同五糓類就多食無防,
儘量避免食難消化既食物,
好似魷魚, 豆類等,
煎炸野, 太凍,太辣,太硬,太酸既野都會傷腸胃;
茶,咖啡,奶茶都對腸胃無益,
總括而言, 應小心飲食~

That depends what kind of problem you have with your stomach. Any Akalie that is Milk products would help.
