To satisfy the minimum requirements for entrance to the University, each applicant shall

(I) gain in his/her first and/or second attempt in the HKCEE Grade E or above in seven subjects(2), of which
(A) six subjects(2) shall be obtained at one and the same time;
(B) one shall be English Language (Syllabus B) (3) ;
(C) one shall be Chinese Language; or a language other than Chinese and English; and
(D) one shall be Mathematics;
