it will depend on your budget and format, either table dinner or buffet. for 5 stars hotel, you will be booking the ball room and counting per head or per table. Normally, it will be around HKD6000.00 per table, but you have to be sure about the additional charges i.e. drinks etc. Also, what is complimentary with the package.
