Under no air present condition

Under no air present condition, in a container, if I put an object which is heated up, and it is surely that the object does not touch any sides of the container, will the object's temperature remain the same as it is be put in?

If the temperature of the container is lower than that of the hot object, the object will lose heat by radiation and its temperature drops subsequently.
