After the air is injected into the blood vessels, the air will travel along the blood current. There is no problem for the air to get through the bigger blood vessels but when gonig through smaller ones, the air will stuck there and blocked the blood current. The same way as heart attack does to those fat people, resulting death.

打空針即是打空氣入血管里，空氣進入血里面形成一個氣泡，流入心臟，堵塞心房令血不能順利泵出，當然死硬啦！
