我而家想開個hsbc戶口用交電費水費,因為我可能全家搬上大陸住,可能收唔到月結單,可唔可以要求佢比紅簿仔?如果佢比要要手續費?而家hsbc提款卡要唔要年費?

HSBC而家冇紅簿仔ka laThey just only offer statement savings, such as SmartSavings, PowerVantage, Premier, etc...
As your concern on moving to China, you can use your China address as your corr. address, then that will do too
ATM card, they don't have any annual fee la
