twelve dollar and ninety cents. (HKD)

我住係英國會讀：fifty nine and ten p or fifty nine 停一停 ten
twelve pound and ninety p or twelve 停一停 ninety

$59.1 -fifty nine dollars and ten cent. or if you want it in shortcut, then just say fifty-nine ten

$12.9- twelve dollars and ninty cent.or twelve ninty

**break it into two different number, forget the decimal and the dollar sign
$12.9 --------- 12 90 (twelve ninty)
