I do, I applied in 2005 in 香港專上教育學院 in Hong Kong, actually it is a chance to apply no whether Local University or oversea U for a undergraduate degree after 2 years. I will go to Utah State University in Utah to study Psycology as a major. So if you would like to study , you can work hard to get a good result to apply U by non-juplus and interview a better major through their courses.
