U can take the bus or MTR to central first. Then when u arrive to central, just get to the bus stop under the Exchange Square and take the city bus number 70 (the final stop is in Aberdeen). And if u take number 97, the final stop is in Apleichau, Lei Tung Estate. If u take number 90 and 590, u can get to Apleichau Estate or South Horizons.

The time requirement is only 30 minutes.
