4321好啲，因為這樣攻守平衡，由兩位攻擊中場支援單箭頭，後面三位中場可以負責攔截、遠射及組織，最後兩閘助攻助守，兩位中堅防守，very good，AC都係用呢個陣式，而4321這個陣式又稱「聖誕樹」陣式。

see what style you like ...
4-2-3-1 play well which sure depends on centre attacking midfielder and 2 defensive midfielders... you can see World Cup ... France use this formation to go in the final ...
4-3-2-1 ... it is a nice formation which can play like "10 up 10 down" ... However, midfielders must have non-stop power and average skill ... that's not too easy to find players like that ... Roma is using this formation ... they can play wonderful matches very time ... but always run behind "The Cup" = Great Victor ....
If you want me to choose ... 4-2-3-1 is better than 4-3-2-1 (in my opinion only) ^o^
