點解港龍平國泰咁多嘅?

Actually this is not always. Some times i check the flight ( Both KA and CX) , 港龍 can be more expensive then 國泰.

For example From HKG-PEK Cathay Pacific just only operate a few flights ( less then 4 flights) per day, but 港龍 ( include code share flight) have at least 5 ( or more) for HKG-PEK-HKG . If you check the schedule , you will noticed that the 國泰 take off time is not that good as 港龍, whcih is depart very late, but 港龍 take off time is almost 1.5-2 hrs per flight, so KA flight will be more convernient then 國泰.
Due to the departure time, 國泰 is not that good, which means there will be less passengers to take their flight, so they have to decrease the airfare to get some more $$$.

In the other hand, 港龍 have more flights each day, and the time is very convenient for the business man ( for business trip) , so they have their reason to raise up the airfare.

So my opinion is 港龍不一定會cheaper then 國泰

用細機短途為主, 而且唔係隻隻機經濟艙座位椅背有私人電視仔, 整體成本比國泰低囉~
