It is possible ONLY if your neighbours or other businesses around you provide " FREE " WiFi to you. The reason I emphasize the word " Free " is because your neighbours or businesses should have their wireless network protected which means username and password required for accessing the network. If they did not do so, your pccw wifi card/adapter might be able to pick up the signal allowing you for free internet access. There is another possibility of connecting wirelessly provided that PCCW have wireless access point installed in your whole building. In other words, check with PCCW to see if they have this kind of wireless service provided in your area.
