i do excersie 2-3/ month i think my food are quiet balanced, meat + much more vegetable, and eat 2 poriton fruit per day, and the time schedule is quiet normal, lunch: 1-2pm, tea:4-5pm, and supper: 7-8pm now

I'm working, my previous job is very busy, and make me stomache, so make my supper time delayed to 8-9pm, and also hv a big presure, but now, my recent job is better, not much pressure, however, don't know why my body is still get really tired even i hv enough sleep
