每日覺得好累, 同頭暈,有冇方法解決ar?

就算我有7-8 hrs睡 ,每日都會覺得好累, 同頭暈, 有冇方法解決ar?

i do excersie 2-3/ month i think my food are quiet balanced, meat + much more vegetable, and eat 2 poriton fruit per day, and the time schedule is quiet normal, lunch: 1-2pm, tea:4-5pm, and supper: 7-8pm now

I'm working, my previous job is very busy, and make me stomache, so make my supper time delayed to 8-9pm, and also hv a big presure, but now, my recent job is better, not much pressure, however, don't know why my body is still get really tired even i hv enough sleep

毎個人有每個人不同的睡眠週期
只要你在睡眠週期中被叫醒
你就會容易精神緊張.頭痛.....
但是如果你每次都能睡在睡眠週期交替間
你的精神就會很好
也就不容易累
所以熬夜時可以利用睡眠週期來讓自己在很短的時間內補足精神
通常ㄧ般人的睡眠週期是1.5小時
所以通常睡3 4.5 6 小時...依此類推 就ok囉
你可以自己觀察一下...你通常自然睡醒是經過多久的時間
醬就可以得到你的睡眠週期值唷
只要你熬夜時的睡眠都在週期內
醬就不會那麼累
脾氣也不會那麼差
還有你可以適時補充一些維他命
如維他命B群..及維他命C
其實便利商店就有一些維他命的補充品
你可以去買來吃吃
例如.克補.維他命C片.綜合維他命...
還有一種吸飲.有銀色包裝...藍色or綠色的字.....
之前有廣告...他的廣告是說早上補充一包..就不用吃早餐...能量就足夠囉
不知道教啥名子...所以可能要麻煩你ㄑ找一下
如果找不到...我在ㄑ7-11看一下在跟你說
還滿有用的唷
但是一切的適量補充就好
太多也不好唷

原因其實有好多...

貧血
營養唔夠, 偏食
夜訓
飲唔夠水
壓力大
氧氣不足 (我自己試過, 訓極都唔夠, 所以要確保睡房同公司空氣流通, 開冷氣ge話我會關剩少少窗..有d新鮮空氣)

you could be anemia, or depression, or because its summer, you are lacking off and you dont have a goal or anything, so that causes you to feel fatigue.

do you have a job?
are you still going to school?
do you excersice?
is there any other health concerns do you have?
what do you normally eat?


theres plenty of reasons who would cause fatigue, but you have to figure out yourself step by step first =)

Eatin lots of veggies doesnt mean its a healthy diet since there r many things inside veggies that u dun know abt as well Typically if u only lean on serveral types of veggiesi cant explain it here becos is 補充Also, go to the Dr and get a Vitamin and Mineral definciency check.

Try eating a fruit (different types dun stick with one type) every 3 hrsa lot of ppl r not aware of Iron and Vitamin B12 B6 deficiency as well, give that a check out okay?I hope you will get better asap =)
