就是在九龍灣地鐵站下車, 下車後先向車頭方向出口出, 出左之後會見到通往德褔廣場1 期之電動電梯, 上電動電梯再直行便會看見德褔廣場2期的入口, 到達德褔廣場2期便可利用電動電梯上3樓了.希望可以幫到你.

First, take the train to Central , change trains at Prince Edward Station and get in the train towards to Tiu Keng Ling, then get off at Kowloon Bay Station.
There're lots of exits going to Teleford Plaza (德福廣場), but I advise you to travel at the 2nd car of the train, as there will be more near to get to the exit which faster to arrive to the Teleford Plaza 2nd Phase.
