One might think so when contemplating certain theories, such as Schroedinger's Cat or Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle. And if one postulates that Magick itself could be considered the manifestation of one's ability to manipulate events occurring on a quantum level in order to affect those occurring on a macro level. But it isn't actually metaphysical, it can simply be used to explain what has been considered the metaphysical.

No, quantum mechanics is physical. There are lots of metaphysical "interpretations" of what it "means," however. Mainly because it's so weird and out of normal human experience.
