I agree on smoking ban (禁煙) in all the public area. The government should strengthen (加強) the rules (制度) and enforce (強制) strictly (嚴厲地) with heavy penality (罰款) as the Hongkongers ' (香港人的) biggest concern (關心的事) is just the loss (損失) of money.

As a matter of fact (事實上), our Hong Kong government has proceeded (進行) the prohibition (禁令) against smoking from Jan 1, 2007. The kind of activity has been forbidden (被禁止) inside the restaurants, plazas (商場), offices, part of the parks and open area in the estates (屋邨). However, the inspectors (檢查員) of the Tobacco Control Office (控煙辦) are extremely (極度) inadequate (不足) in manpower (人手). Today, we can easily find out that many smokers enjoy smoking in the community (社區) everywhere (每一個地方). We wonder (奇怪) how comes no complete set (配套) to launch (展開) together with the smoking ban policy (政策). Or else (又或者), we are afraid (恐怕) that it is only a show (表演) in response to (響應) the world ' s trend (潮流) of anti-smoking campaign (反吸煙運動).
