How to mitigate the morning sickness during early pregnancy?

I'm now 14-week pregnant but still have morning sick symptoms. I cannot stand still for more than 5 minutes for waiting train or lift when going to work each morning. This causes me certain level of mental pressure and inconvinience. Could any one advise any way to mitigate the sickness?

eat some sweet food in the morning

your case is very common during pregnancy, most of this will be improved after 3 months,
you better take more rest at home by asking the doctor giving you the sick leave. it's vey dangerous if you fall down in the street.

take it easy and you will have a lovely baby, don't give too much pressure yourself. i have a baby boy(i year old)now and i have your problem same to you, i know that all of the sickness will be gone when you have enough rest
