你个句都ok,but you can say " Each company will send a representative to attend the conference(會議) ((it better than meeting))

conference is conference, meeting is meeting, they're totally difference.
e.g. In a meeting, everyone should know everyone else. In a conference, there could be guest speakers, or even participants, etc., whom nobody knows.

Nominate 的意思是 - 任命,指定. 用這個字會較用send好啲.
