How to solve 2x(1+x二次)

let y = 2x(1+x^2) = 0

then,
2x =0 or 1+x^2 =0
x = 0 or x^2 = -1

for x^2 = -1,
x = (-1)^(1/2) ... there is NO real root

since i = (-1)^(1/2) in complex number
therefore the ans are
x = 0 and x = i

2x(1+x^2)
=2x+2x^3

2x( 1+ x^2)
= 2x + 2x^3
