I heard that you want to know about the exchange rate of the foriegn expense claim.
1/ if the incurred expense was paid by credit card, of course it would be the amount on the credit card statement.
2/ If the incurred expense was paid by cash, it would be the exchange rate dated on the foriegn-exchange receipt.
3/ if foriegn-exchange receipt is not available, the exchange rate on the internet at the time the expense occured could be used.
4/ you may also write down the foriegn amount only and let us decide the foriegn exchange rate, but in this situation, you cannot oppose against the exchange rate decided by us.
