x= Mr.Lee's daughter's age last yeary= Mr.Lee's age last year
Last year,
3x=y.........eq1 ( 3 times as old as his daughter)
y=x+26......eq2 (26years older than her)
Sub eq1 into eq2,
3x=x+26
2x=26
x=13
Mr.Lee's age now
=3*13+1 ( 3 times as old as his daughter and add one more year for his age this year)
=39+1
=40
