1) a) percentage error of the record of the apperance of the Leo meteor shower=(0.5/2)/33 X100%
=0.76%
percentage error of the record of the appearance of the Hallery's comet
=(1/2)/76 X100%
=0.66%
b) the recoeded time of the hallery's comet is more accurate (0.66%<0.76%)
