本人有諗過入金融行業,但搵到甚至in過的絶大部分不外乎是保險公司等的financial planner,見習投資顧問,management trainnee(又是sell野的)等,全部都要sell野.....要求你要識好多客....
本人自問不健談...內向...不social.....故sell野或建立客源這些事就一定很困難......諗左好耐...究竟做金融呢行是否逃不過sell野?還是正如我呢d唔活躍既人根本唔適合做呢?

唔係架金融業入面最大部份既人一係就會計, 一係就公司秘書....唔駛sell野...只需幫公司按regulations 做transactions
sell野留番比marketing既人去做
仲有admin.呢....
題外話: 想係金融業發展, 起碼要考番一兩個professional qualification先立足到!!

金融行業裡還有很多back office的工作，例如結算部、市場研究部等，都不需要面對客戶，但是掌握專業知識很重要。

I m the same case as you. Wanna entre Financial Industries. But Most of the job offered is financial planner or sth consultant...etc!! I give it up, coz i think its hard to find a job without SALES in that place.
Even my sister, she is graduated in Master of Finance, she still cant find a job without Sales......
